An issue was resolved where Pixid submittal responses could display a contradictory message, indicating a candidate was successfully created even when the overall submission ultimately failed. This caused confusion about the true result of the submittal.

What This Fix Means

The submittal flow now checks whether a position is still open immediately before the final submission step, catching cases where a job closed after the form was loaded. Error messages now accurately reflect the specific step that failed, so the response shown always matches the actual result of the submittal. Pixid submittal responses are now accurate and consistent, improving recruiter confidence in submittal outcomes and reducing the need to manually verify results in Pixid.
